We are Radhey Care. We run an emergency service that helps transport blood from blood banks to hospitals or people who need it in Ahmedabad. We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, only in Ahmedabad.

We promise to keep your private information safe and confidential. This Policy explains how we use your information, following Indian laws like the DPDP Act (2023). When you use our service, you agree to how we use your data to help you.

2. Data We Collect and How We Use It

We only collect the information we need to quickly deliver the blood transport service.

Sensitive Health Details Patient’s Name (if given), Blood Group, Type of Blood Unit needed, Hospital Name, and why it's an emergency. To make sure the Blood Bank reserves the correct blood and we deliver it to the correct person/place.
Payment Details Booking details, advance payment status, and receipts for the transport service charge. To process your payment, send you a receipt, and keep proper financial records as required by law.
Location Data The live (real-time) location of our transport vehicle/driver while they are on the job. To track the delivery, ensure it is fast and safe, and find the best route.

3. Our Legal Reason for Using Your Data

We use your personal and health data for two main reasons:

  1. Your Permission (Consent): When you book our service, you give us permission to use your data for that specific delivery.
  2. It's Necessary: We must use your data to complete the service you asked for, or because the law requires us to (like during a medical emergency or for government compliance).

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share data when it is absolutely needed to complete your emergency service:

  1. Partner Blood Banks: We share details about the required blood unit and the delivery address.
  2. Transport Drivers: We share the pickup and drop-off locations and your contact number to complete the delivery in Ahmedabad.
  3. Payment Companies: We share transaction data to safely process your payment.
  4. Government/Courts: If the law, a police request, or a court order forces us to share information.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use strong security measures to protect your data from being lost, stolen, or accessed by people who shouldn't see it. We only keep your data for as long as we need it to finish the service or as long as the law tells us to keep financial records.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data

You have the rights to:

  1. Know what data we have about you.
  2. Ask us to correct it.
  3. Ask us to delete it when we don't need it anymore.
  4. Contact our Officer if you have a complaint.
  5. Tell us to stop using your data (Withdraw Consent), but this will mean we might have to stop the emergency transport service immediately.

7. Important Service Rules (Please Read)

These are the crucial rules for our service:

The blood bank keeps your reserved blood unit for 48 hours only.

If you do not use the blood unit within this 48-hour period, the advance payment you made is non-refundable.

Remember: This is only a fee for the emergency transport service. We do not sell blood units. The price of the blood unit is set by the Blood Bank.
