Radhey Care - Terms of Service

These rules explain how you can use the emergency blood transport services provided by Radhey Car. By using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Our Service Does

1. Area of Operation: Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, only within Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
2. Service Nature: We only provide emergency blood transport. We act as the coordinator between blood banks and customers/hospitals. We do not sell blood units.
3. Mediator Role: We coordinate the transport, similar to a taxi-booking app, between the Blood Bank and your delivery point.
4. Driver Status: Our drivers and vehicles are often independent contractors working to complete your transport task.

2. Money Matters and Advance Payments

2.1. Service Charges

1. The money we charge is only the Service Charge for the emergency transport logistics.
2. The price of the blood units themselves is decided by the partner blood banks and may be different from bank to bank.
3. You may need to pay an Advance Payment to book the service, which starts the transport and blood unit reservation process.

2.2. Refund Policy (No Refund on Advance)

The blood bank will only hold your reserved blood unit for 48 hours, based on their rules.

If you do not use the reserved blood unit within this 48-hour time limit, the advance payment you made will NOT be refunded.

Remember: This advance is for the transport service fee, not a payment for the blood unit itself.

3. Getting the Service Done and Our Responsibility

1. Blood Unit Quality: We are responsible for transport only. The quality, condition, and fitness of the blood unit are the sole responsibility of the partner Blood Bank.
2. Timeliness: We will try our best to deliver quickly because it is an emergency. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by things we cannot control (like heavy traffic or bad weather).
3. Information Accuracy: You must make sure that the delivery address, blood group, and other details you provide are 100% correct. We are not responsible for any problems or delays that happen because you gave us wrong information.

4. Limitation of Liability (What We Are Not Responsible For)

We are not responsible for any major losses or damages that happen because you used our services, beyond what the law strictly allows.

5. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms follow the laws of India. Any legal disputes related to our services must be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
